Data Center Construction Director

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the development strategy for the Data Center sector in France
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects from feasibility to commissioning
• Oversee project governance, including cost management, scheduling, risks, and quality
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, contractors, and consultants
• Drive business development through national prospecting and tender participation
• Identify recruitment needs and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence
• Maintain high-level relationships with industry clients

Requirements

• Significant experience in large-scale project or program management
• Proven track record in business development
• Established professional network within the Data Center industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Relevant degree/diploma
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in French and English
