Lead data center commissioning and server OEM-facility integration for liquid- and air-cooled infrastructure
Manage vendor maintenance of CDUs, RDHx units, and DLC infrastructure
Monitor operations via BMS and monitoring tools, responding to alarms and troubleshooting cooling, power, and monitoring systems
Act as primary liaison with data center and colocation service providers
Review, supervise, and execute SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure operational readiness and build requirements
Develop and maintain operational documentation and maintenance schedules
Ensure adherence to strict uptime and reliability standards

5+ years of experience in commissioning, construction, or operations of mission-critical data centers or 24/7 facilities
Hands-on experience with direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, CDUs, and RDHx units
Deep knowledge of MEP components including Switchgear, UPS, Generators, Chillers, and BMS/EPMS
Understanding of data center cooling and electrical principles and redundancy topologies
Experience working with server OEMs for infrastructure compatibility
Experience writing and reviewing SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs
STEM degree
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50lbs
Availability for on-site work in NYC or NJ and flexibility for nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
Willingness to travel 4-6 weeks per year
