About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead voltage-plan development, silicon characterization, Vmin analysis, and power optimization for Data Center SoCs
- Work with PTE, SW, PMIC, Thermal, and Validation teams to release production-ready voltage plans
- Analyze large silicon characterization datasets and develop automation tools using Python, SQL, or Excel
- Build dashboards for Vmin trends, voltage correlations, and silicon-health monitoring
Requirements
- SoC Power Architecture and Vmin Characterization
- PMIC and Regulator Architecture
- Silicon Bring-up and Validation
- Statistical Data Analysis
- Linux/Android Debugging
- Data Center CPU/AI accelerator platforms
- Power integrity and PDN analysis
- Understanding of Schematics and CRO usage
- Semiconductor Technology and PVT Processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in SoC Power Characterization and Data center environments
- Expertise in Silicon Validation and Voltage Plan Development
