Data Capture Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras and surveying equipment to capture comprehensive data on construction sites
• Document and communicate on-site work progress to the project team
• Ensure personal and site safety by strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with the project team to adapt to specific site requirements and methodologies
• Perform systematic, high-quality data capture following technical briefs for AI analysis

Requirements

• Availability for one full weekday (8 to 10 hours) each week
• Comfort working on active construction sites and in varying outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to walk long distances (20,000+ steps) and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Valid OSHA 10 Certification (support provided if not currently certified)
• Possession of steel-toed safety boots (reimbursement available if required)
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability, punctuality, and high-quality execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, surveying, civil engineering, or similar fields
• Previous fieldwork or site-based work experience
• Technical orientation or familiarity with professional surveying equipment
