Data Capture Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras and other surveying equipment to efficiently capture the construction site
• Document and communicate the progress of the work being done on-site
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of the site and equipment by strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with the Project Team to adapt to the needs and requirements of each project
• Work across multiple construction sites throughout London & Manchester

Requirements

• Availability for at least one day per week during daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Willingness to work on construction sites with potentially challenging conditions
• Ability to walk extensively (20,000+ steps a day) and perform physical tasks
• Valid CSCS card (support provided if not already certified)
• Possession of or willingness to use steel-toed safety boots
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions
• Background in Surveying, Photography, or Construction is highly preferred
