Data & Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build business analytics dashboards that surface KPI development and trends
• Automate recurring data tasks to eliminate manual upkeep and reduce errors
• Build tailor-made applications, databases, and integrations between core systems
• Analyze raw data generated in core systems and translate it into clear insight
• Use AI coding tools to rapidly prototype, build, and improve internal tools
• Proactively improve data quality, structure, and collection processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build functional tools using AI coding tools
• Working knowledge of at least one coding language
• Business-fluent English and German
• Eligibility for security clearance due to the nature of the defense sector
• Strong attention to data accuracy and rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience building databases
• Experience building business analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with BI tools and data pipeline concepts
