Responsibilities

• Audit and validate field-collected data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify data discrepancies, errors, and quality issues
• Ensure data complies with defined quality standards and SOPs
• Prepare audit reports and MIS using MS Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data quality issues
• Provide feedback and recommend process improvements
• Monitor data quality metrics and ensure timely reporting
• Use Excel and other technology platforms for data analysis and validation

Requirements

• Fresher or 1+ years of experience
• Strong mathematical, statistics, and analytical skills
• SQL for data extraction and validation
• Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting
• Python for data analysis and automation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and internet applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc or a Master’s degree in a related field
