Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end sell-out data process, including gathering, cleaning, transforming, and loading data for selected markets.
• Maintain large datasets to ensure ongoing accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Coordinate with various departments to follow up on missing or incomplete data.
• Help define, document, and promote data governance best practices to maintain high data integrity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues across selected datasets.
• Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for greater data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Populate customer spec sheets and create order or feedback forms as required.
• Update and share regional reports and provide ad hoc analytical support to the team.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience dealing with data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
• A dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-starting attitude.
