Data Associate, Funds Management Surveys

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly surveys for fund managers and perform related data entry
• Collect and maintain monthly performance data
• Maintain relationships with data providers to ensure consistent data flow
• Research websites, annual reports, and other sources for relevant information
• Monitor key media covering the Australian financial services market
• Maintain and update internal databases
• Communicate progress, outputs, and deadlines effectively within the team

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in data, research, or survey-related roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong research and internet navigation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work proactively and manage tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in data, financial services, investments, or funds management
