Data Architecture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data architecture for digital products, integrating enterprise sources, cloud platforms, and data consumption layers.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including data contracts, master entities, and quality rules for transactional and analytical solutions.
• Establish guidelines for performance, security, traceability, lineage, and observability for pipelines and analytical platforms.
• Support modernization initiatives to decouple legacy systems and reduce technical debt across Mexico and Latin America.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to translate business challenges into sustainable architectures.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Systems, IT, Data Science, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data architecture, modeling, integration, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Data Lake.
• Solid knowledge of Snowflake, medallion architectures, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Experience defining standards for DEV, QA, STG, and PRD environments, including deployment controls and data quality.
• Technical English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
• Experience with regional integration and commercial analytics models.
• Strong technical leadership and executive communication skills.
