Data Architecture and Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data quality issues and manual inefficiencies
• Build and maintain clean, well-structured data tables for reporting
• Own and evolve the Power BI environment, including data models and dashboards
• Support demand planning and commercial finance with reliable datasets
• Automate and optimize recurring data and reporting processes
• Perform validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for data issues
• Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries
• Collaborate with Finance, Demand Planning, IT, and Commercial teams

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
• Proficiency in Excel for data validation and analysis
• Experience with Power BI and data modeling
• Practical working knowledge of AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Understanding of database concepts and data pipelines
• Ability to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP or retail planning systems like NetSuite or SAP
• Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail environments
• Exposure to demand planning, inventory management, or commercial finance data
