Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations for retail customers across the XD online banking platform
• Participate in client kickoff activities, including requirements gathering and data sessions
• Analyze and migrate incoming external data into Fiserv solutions using ETL processes
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and process flow enhancements
• Document business processes and identify opportunities for process redesign
• Act as a technical consulting resource for new clients during the implementation process
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend actions to prevent future implementation issues
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and support project managers

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software development
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SSIS, ETL, and T-SQL
• Experience with business process charts, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams
• Proficiency with decision tables, use cases, and test scenarios
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Availability for occasional weekend or evening support (10% - 25%)
