Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Lead the design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency
• Architect data migration strategies for large-scale programs, including planning, mapping, and validation
• Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows
• Develop strategies for large data volumes, including partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning
• Establish governance processes for metadata and reference data management
• Define and enforce data integration patterns such as batch, real-time, event-driven, and API-based flows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools
• Proven experience with data migration frameworks and the end-to-end migration lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT architectures and data integration patterns
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques including 3NF, dimensional, and canonical modeling
• Strong understanding of relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native data platforms
• Experience with Salesforce platforms
• Ability to communicate complex architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
