Data Architect Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and current operational procedures to improve Business Intelligence and Reporting applications and interfaces
• Interact with clients to assist with the installation, configuration, training, operation, customization, and troubleshooting of BI tools
• Utilize knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence architecture to support the development of client reports, dashboards, and interfaces
• Install, configure, upgrade, and tune Business Intelligence and ETL software to ensure optimal functionality
• Create comprehensive documentation for interfaces, reports, and applications
• Proactively manage changes through existing change management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• 1-2 years of SQL development experience
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and tools
• Knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SSRS, SSAS, or SSIS
• Experience with BI tools such as WebFocus or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
