Data and Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer core data systems including HubSpot CRM, Notion, and deal-tracking tools
• Ensure data integrity across portfolio companies, contacts, deals, and talent pipelines
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs
• Design and implement workflows for shared services operations such as deal intake and onboarding
• Support AI agent design and process automation initiatives
• Act as a power user for Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Workspace
• Implement lightweight automations to enhance data flows between systems

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, PMO, or data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Experience in family offices, investment firms, or high-growth environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
