Data and Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels to deliver on strategic initiatives through data-driven decisions
• Lead data modernization initiatives including platform, technology, and tools implementation
• Architect and implement data architecture, engineering, reporting, and analytical solutions
• Conduct data management maturity assessments covering quality, governance, and metadata management
• Design and build complex data pipelines, data lakes, and data ingestion services
• Develop data models and enterprise-wide reporting solutions using visualization best practices
• Partner with C-suite executives to present business cases and data strategies

• Demonstrated business and technology acumen
• Experience solving real-world business problems
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Experience working with or leading a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, or R
• Expertise in Snowflake, RedShift, Databricks, or similar technologies
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
