Data and Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients from C-suite to shop floor to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Lead data modernization initiatives including platform, technology, and tools implementation
• Architect and implement data architecture, engineering, reporting, and analytical solutions
• Conduct data management maturity assessments covering quality, governance, and metadata
• Design and build complex data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms
• Design data models to meet specific business objectives
• Deploy enterprise-wide reporting solutions using data visualization best practices
• Contribute to business development, hiring, and internal brand-building initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across Data Strategy, Governance, Modernization, Advanced Analytics, or Data Visualization
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Snowflake, RedShift, Databricks, or similar technologies
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Node.js, or R
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
