Data and Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients from C-suite to shop floor to deliver strategic initiatives
• Lead data modernization, strategy, and governance initiatives
• Architect and implement data engineering, reporting, and analytical solutions
• Design and build complex data pipelines, data lakes, and data stores
• Conduct data management maturity assessments and identify governance gaps
• Design and build data models and enterprise-wide reporting solutions
• Contribute to business development and internal company initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across data strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, or advanced analytics
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Snowflake, RedShift, Databricks, or similar technologies
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
