Data and AI Engineer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases for business clients
• Design and industrialize Data and AI solutions, including generative, predictive, and agentic models
• Build and deploy data pipelines and AI agents using Python and various APIs
• Implement Data & AI platforms such as Data Mesh and Lakehouse architectures
• Train and evaluate ML and LLM models using techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, and embeddings
• Support the industrialization of models through DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring)
• Contribute to data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, AI Act)
• Conduct continuous technological monitoring of Data, AI, and GenAI solutions

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a top Engineering or Business school
• Strong foundational skills in Python, development, or data engineering
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts
• Awareness of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong interest in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents)
• Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level)
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in Data, AI, or software development
• Exposure to tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or ML frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices
• Interest in responsible AI and data governance issues
