Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
- Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
- Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
- Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels
- Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional training
- Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations
- Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
- Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
- Industry experience translating theory into practice
- Strong understanding of SQL, data storage, ETL/ELT, and data visualization principles
