Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, insight-driven dashboards and advanced analytical solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply a structured analytical approach to address complex business challenges using Python and SQL.
• Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models to drive strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
• Implement advanced dashboard features such as dynamic filtering, intuitive search, and peer comparison tools.
• Integrate data from diverse sources including ADW, BODI, and internal data marts to ensure accuracy.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics deliverables with business objectives.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working within enterprise data environments.
• Solid statistical foundation for effective data exploration and insight generation.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving capabilities.
