Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Transform data into meaningful business insights to drive decision-making across hotel operations, finance, revenue, and guest experience.
• Develop and maintain modern reporting solutions, executive dashboards, and KPIs using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable data stories and automated reporting processes.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to move the business from manual reporting to real-time, data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Proven experience building executive-level dashboards and business performance reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python, Spark, semantic modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, or DP-700.
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry or the GCC region.
