Data Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated analytics, dashboards, and reporting across student, clinical, and operational systems
• Provide high-quality data and insights to meet service contract, accreditation, and regulatory reporting obligations
• Collaborate with clinicians, academics, and professional staff to strengthen data governance and improve operational performance
• Enable self-service reporting capabilities across the clinical and academic environment

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in data analytics, health informatics, computer science, statistics, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end data analysis, integration, and reporting solutions in a complex organisation
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or SSRS
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for clinical and executive stakeholders
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within healthcare or tertiary education environments
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis
