Data & Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks on large datasets to identify inconsistencies, trends, and patterns.
• Analyze complex datasets to detect recurring issues, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas) to process and clean large datasets.
• Apply SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and bulk updates.
• Execute mass data uploads, corrections, and reconciliations in compliance with data management procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve collection workflows.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, analysis, GIS, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Professional fluency in both English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
• Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and statistical packages.
