Data & Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and support users of Business Intelligence dashboards
• Create and maintain supporting documentation for BI tools and processes
• Review requests for reports or data extracts and deliver according to agreed scope and deadlines
• Generate and review donor reports, ensuring accuracy of cost, quantity, and item descriptions
• Conduct routine data validation, cleaning, and verification exercises (DQM)
• Identify data quality issues and develop tools to resolve root causes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business process owners

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business, or Technical sciences
• 3–5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar field
• Proven experience developing reports using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL language and SQL databases
• Experience with supply chain processes within a large company using an ERP
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
