Data Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Review Technical Safety Reports (TSRs) and enter data accurately into the Intelex safety system
• Monitor and track Management of Change (MOC) processes and identified risks within Technical Operations
• Allocate safety actions to appropriate personnel and track them through to completion
• Prepare safety meeting packs, including documentation for Safety Action Groups (SAG)
• Track the progress of safety investigations and ensure follow-up on all investigation actions
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Record meeting minutes for safety and compliance meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and data management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation industry
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and regulatory requirements
• Experience using Intelex or similar safety management software
