Data Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track NPS, catering performance, and F&B KPIs
• Engineer and automate data pipelines using Python, Power Automate, and cloud tools
• Lead thematic analysis of NPS verbatims and OCR submissions to provide actionable insights
• Utilize generative AI and LLM tooling to accelerate data classification and summarization
• Partner with cross-functional project leads to shape analytical workstreams and present findings
• Maintain central data governance, including documentation, lineage, and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, ideally within aviation or hospitality
• Expert proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python (pandas, ETL)
• Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM tooling, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, Synapse, or Fabric
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical leadership
