Data Analytics & Management, VP

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows and LLM copilot solutions to optimize finance, risk, and treasury processes.
• Set standards for finance-grade prompt engineering and context design to ensure auditability and reduce hallucinations.
• Apply data science methods such as anomaly detection, forecasting, and classification to improve financial insights and controls.
• Utilize no-code and low-code platforms to accelerate the deployment of AI-driven insights into existing business workflows.
• Partner with senior Finance leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities and drive organizational adoption.
• Ensure all AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and compliant with data governance and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI technologies, data science, analytics, or automation, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL design.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project delivery plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Anthropic/Claude, or Alteryx.
• Knowledge of automation tools including RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of Finance, Risk, or Treasury business processes.
