Data Analytics & Management, MD

Responsibilities

• Provide senior regional leadership for the Finance Data & AI Office (DART) in India
• Oversee the delivery of certified data and finance transformation services for Finance, Risk, and Treasury stakeholders
• Drive execution discipline and service delivery excellence across the regional portfolio
• Ensure regional alignment with global strategy, enterprise data standards, and governance expectations
• Act as a senior escalation point for service delivery issues and promote a strong service-oriented mindset
• Partner with local management and global stakeholders to drive momentum and measurable business outcomes
• Manage cross-cutting risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints within the regional portfolio

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience within a complex, global matrixed organization
• Proven experience leading large-scale Finance transformation initiatives
• Expertise in service-oriented delivery models or execution portfolios
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data management and regulatory data standards, such as BCBS 239
• Exposure to modern data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
