Data Analytics & Management, AVP

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI and Copilot solutions to automate finance, risk, and treasury processes.
• Design agent-based workflows that combine AI reasoning with deterministic logic and accounting constraints.
• Perform prompt engineering and context design grounded in financial data like P&L and cost centers.
• Apply data science methods, including anomaly detection and forecasting, to strengthen finance insights.
• Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to operationalize AI outputs into workflows.
• Partner with business teams to embed AI solutions into end-to-end financial processes.
• Ensure all AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and aligned with governance and risk controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in AI, data science, analytics, or automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL design.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Databricks, Anthropic/Claude, or Alteryx.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
