Data Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues
• Build promotion response and simulation models using Excel/VBA, SAS, or Alteryx to assess sales and marketing programs
• Synthesize and communicate complex results to clients through oral and written presentations
• Create project deliverables and implement custom solutions using disparate data sources
• Assist with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Sisense
• Mentor junior associates and assist with multiple work streams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate analytics delivery while maintaining methodological rigor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or MSc/BSc/B.Pharma from Tier I (IIT/NIT) schools
• 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis
• Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA, SAS, or Alteryx
• Strong problem-solving skills and client service orientation
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to work effectively across global cross-office teams
