Data Analytics Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk-based research and support the design and implementation of primary and secondary market research.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to inform market shaping activities and draw actionable inferences.
• Build Excel-based data models, including market sizing, demand forecasts, health economics models, and dashboards.
• Execute costing, pricing, impact, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses to evaluate financing and procurement models.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, decision-ready findings, reports, and impactful data visualizations.
• Support business development efforts through desk research, proposal inputs, and donor engagement.
• Track progress on key market shaping activities and maintain project files and manufacturer landscapes.

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in business, data analytics, economics, public health, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international or global health environment.
• Strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building models, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and navigate ambiguous environments to meet deadlines.
