Data Analytics and Visualization

Responsibilities

• Design and build various reporting dashboards using advanced data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
• Transform raw data into actionable business insights by identifying trends and patterns.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and optimize existing visualization systems.
• Develop visualizations for large datasets to facilitate intuitive decision-making for stakeholders.
• Document data flows, systems, and processes to improve the management of business processes.
• Create tools and deliver training programs to enable self-serve analytics for non-analytical end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of analytics solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics or visualization.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling.
• Strong expertise in data mining and technical design optimization.
• Advanced skills in insights design, development, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
