Data & Analytics Analyst (Commercial Planning)

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to drive regional commercial decision-making across 12 countries.
• Lead corporate campaign end-of-cycle analysis, synthesizing key learnings and ensuring focus on actionable decisions.
• Explain business performance drivers and deviations versus plans to senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into executive narratives and clear storytelling to facilitate strategic discussions.
• Structure and prioritize ad-hoc analyses regarding key business problems beyond recurring reporting.
• Drive the evolution toward AI-driven analytics by leading initiatives to automate reporting and insight generation through analytical agents.
• Collaborate closely with Data, BI, and Technology teams to ensure analytical solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial planning with an analytical focus.
• Strong business problem structuring skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest or experience in applied AI for analytics, including automation, copilots, or analytical agents.
