Data Analytics & AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize advanced dashboards for operational monitoring, predictive analysis, and decision support.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for the ingestion and processing of information from defense and telecommunications systems.
• Develop ML/AI models for anomaly detection, signal analysis, failure prediction, and resource optimization.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments or embedded systems using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and telecommunications to integrate AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging trends in generative AI, computer vision, real-time analytics, and edge AI to propose strategic evolutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, or Machine Learning models.
• Proven experience working in critical sectors such as defense, aerospace, telecommunications, energy, or security.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Technical English proficiency at a B2+ level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or specialization in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Big Data.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Experience in Data Engineering (Spark, Kafka).
• Knowledge of real-time systems, signal processing, or generative AI applied to communications.
