Data Analyst/Business Analyst Data

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between business users and Data Engineering teams
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Perform SQL querying and data manipulation in PostgreSQL
• Participate in the design of data models (bronze, silver, gold architectures)
• Support the creation and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Flink, and Kafka
• Create dashboards to monitor data quality and availability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability throughout the flow

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or University (Bac+5)
• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis Data
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or dbt
• Understanding of modern data architectures (batch, streaming, event-driven)
• Experience with Python or equivalent for data manipulation
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary agile scrum squad

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or aeronautical environments
• Understanding of medallion architectures
• Sensitivity to performance and scalability issues
