Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and validate system-generated extractions from bank statements to ensure data integrity.
• Manually correct extraction failures, including missing values, incorrect figures, or duplicate entries.
• Perform accuracy checks to ensure extracted values are logically consistent with transaction details and dates.
• Analyze error patterns to prioritize specific types of failures for model improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on recurring issues and edge cases to enhance extraction model accuracy.
• Participate in testing cycles for new extraction models and product features to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a data-centric role.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of filters and basic formulas.
• High proficiency in data entry with a strong emphasis on speed and precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational tasks with high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Commerce or Finance (e.g., B.Com).
