Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Treat, consolidate, and analyze data related to customer experience, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop analyses and indicators to support action prioritization and decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities based on data
• Build and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for different audiences
• Support the definition and monitoring of action plans focused on improving customer experience
• Contribute to the evolution of processes, methodologies, and routines in the CX & VPS area
• Work in partnership with internal areas, dealerships, and stakeholders in Latin American markets
• Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of analyzed information
• Standardize CX&VPS processes and contribute to their improvement

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Fluent English and advanced Spanish
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with data processing and analysis
• Analytical profile with problem-solving orientation
• Ability to manage multiple demands and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for presenting analyses clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with customer experience indicators and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other analysis tools
• Experience in industrial, automotive, or multinational environments
