Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and support data-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data products using Power BI, SQL, and Azure data services
• Support the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data products aligned with business objectives
• Participate in data analysis, visualization, and reporting activities to deliver actionable insights
• Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, data quality, and analytical processes
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both business and IT stakeholders
• Support data governance activities, including data quality and consistency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Ability to translate business requirements into reports, KPIs, and analytical insights
• Experience working with data quality processes and resolving data-related issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of business domains such as credit, risk, collections, asset financing, or portfolio management
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data lake concepts, or Databricks
• Basic understanding of statistical techniques and data modelling
