Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and optimize customer journeys across all digital and physical touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering
• Ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience through data-driven insights
• Drive measurable business outcomes by identifying process improvements and journey optimizations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience using Customer Journey Analytics
