Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee BAU delivery across multiple teams to ensure operational stability.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to streamline data management.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for data and process issues with stakeholders.
• Track and report risks, including NFRI and KPIs.
• Lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT, data providers, and global stakeholders to implement data solutions.
• Actively seek automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and simplify processes.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for team, function, and division-wide data initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BAU oversight and operational delivery.
• Strong background in process improvement and project management.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and coordinating with global teams.
• Experience in risk reporting and managing data quality.
• Ability to drive automation and data management improvements.
