Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Enable data-driven decisions for LiveOps events, feature launches, and content updates through dashboards
• Track KPIs including DAU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ARPU, and session metrics
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on player behavior, engagement, and monetization trends
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in player behavior to recommend strategic improvements
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to build accurate dashboards
• Identify drop-offs in purchase funnels and payment failures to reduce loss
• Manage quarterly and yearly licensing reports for streaming costs
• Suggest new KPIs, dashboards, and reporting improvements
• Explore emerging analytics tools and visualization best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Understanding of data types, data structures, and statistics
• Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, Hive DB, and data flow pipelines
• Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on live products, mobile games, or digital services
