Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming quality data from construction activities to ensure completeness and consistency
• Identify gaps, duplication, and structural issues in data capture and recommend fixes
• Propose improvements to data organization, labeling, and storage to enhance reporting and decision-making
• Support the evaluation of digital tools and systems to improve data collection and tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards or reports that clearly surface quality trends and issues
• Work closely with quality managers to translate field observations into structured, usable data

Requirements

• Degree in data science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience working with data, including cleaning, structuring, and visualizing
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data problems in plain language

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with the construction or real estate sectors
