About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, trading, and data teams to uncover insights across the full onchain user journey
- Build and maintain datasets capturing wallet activity, liquidity movement, feature usage, and trading behavior
- Design metrics and dashboards in dbt and BI tools to reveal trends in user growth and engagement
- Analyze funnels, LTV, and retention metrics to inform product strategy and optimize user experience
- Investigate onchain signals such as wallet clustering, transaction flow, and capital allocation
- Collaborate with engineers to scale onchain data pipelines and improve data quality
- Communicate complex blockchain data through clear, actionable visual stories
Requirements
- 3+ years in product or trading analytics, ideally within crypto or fintech environments
- Strong grasp of onchain fundamentals including wallets, DEXs, liquidity, bridges, and token mechanics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib, plotly), and dbt for modeling and analysis
- Experience with onchain data sources such as Dune, Flipside, Nansen, APIs, or subgraphs
- Proven ability to create intuitive dashboards and measure product health through LTV and retention metrics
- Crypto native mindset with a hands-on approach to analyzing blockchain tools and products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience modeling MEV flows, liquidity provisioning, or token distribution mechanics
- Exposure to algo trading, onchain market making, or portfolio attribution systems
- Contributions to open source DeFi analytics or onchain dashboards
