Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Transform agent telemetry and platform data into actionable intelligence by analyzing logs and identifying trends.
• Run recurring and ad-hoc reports on agent performance, telemetry, and system data.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into product health and usage.
• Proactively detect product issues, abnormal behavior patterns, and performance degradation before customers report them.
• Provide actionable insights to Development and Engineering teams regarding feature usage and environment-specific issues.
• Support Solutions Engineering by analyzing customer usage patterns and recommending configuration optimizations.
• Translate raw telemetry data into concise, business-impact insights for technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and log-based data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON, log files).
• Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, SaaS, or IT systems.
• Familiarity with telemetry analysis or agent-based platforms.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Experience building automated alerting or anomaly detection models.
• Understanding of product analytics and customer health metrics.
