Data Analyst, Third Party Carrier Procurement

Responsibilities

• Analyze and visualize complex trunk transportation cost structures to identify trends and drivers.
• Develop reporting to track weekly cost changes and formulate data-driven hypotheses for cost reduction.
• Optimize procurement costs by validating fixed and variable expenses against market rates.
• Lead or participate in projects to launch new transportation hubs and services, managing timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, systems, operations) and external partners (3PL, carriers) to ensure network expansion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specifically driving process improvements.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience building operational processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with minimal guidance.
• Strong English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
