Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions
• Build and maintain reliable, scalable datasets and reporting tables using SQL and dbt
• Design, develop, and optimize dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
• Define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
• Ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analytical workflows
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the analytics ecosystem and documentation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data on a daily basis
• Hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in or near Hamburg
