Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track program performance, including schedule, cost, and resource utilization
• Support the development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use
• Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making
• Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation
• Implement API-driven data pipelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, metrics reporting, or related work
• 1+ years of experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• 1+ years of experience developing data pipelines or ETL (Extract Transform Load) services
• 1+ years of experience designing and implementing API-driven data pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Exposure to Tableau through academic, internship, or personal projects
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Understanding of project and program management concepts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
