About the Company

Tavily is building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Their API is designed to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. Part of the Nebius group, they work with innovative teams in AI to connect LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM analytics end-to-end, including defining and reporting on the funnel from signup to churn
• Proactively monitor key business metrics and surface actionable insights to stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate findings into recommendations
• Analyze product usage and revenue data to understand user behavior and monetization
• Write production-quality SQL and Python to model data and automate pipelines
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of GTM initiatives
• Define metrics and establish a shared source of truth for success measurement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with SaaS metrics (funnels, cohorts, conversion, retention)
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, messy datasets
• Statistical foundation for experimentation and causal inference
• BSc in Statistics, Math, CS, or equivalent
• Familiarity with modern data tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or Airflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an API-first or product-led growth (PLG) company
• Experience with product analytics platforms like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Exposure to Machine Learning or working with data science teams
• MSc in Statistics, Math, CS, or equivalent
• A portfolio of independent projects or a GitHub profile
