Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing and personalization strategies
• Perform deep-dive analysis on customer segmentation and campaign performance
• Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies based on data insights
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
• Leverage data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and Google Analytics to support personalization initiatives
• Provide clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance evaluation
• Proven experience working with CRM data and segmentation strategies
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and MCP is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for web and campaign data insights
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
